1. Products and prices
Personalised digital children's book (PDF), two packages: Standard (12 spreads) €17.90, Large (16 spreads) €28.90.
Printed hardcover book (21×21 cm): includes the e-book instantly, printing and delivery in Estonia — Standard (12) €44.90, Large (16) €58.90.
Personalised colouring book (PDF): €9.80 as an add-on to another book, or €15.80 as a standalone product (colouring pages only, no story).
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
2. How to order
Fill in the order form on the homepage (child's first name, age, appearance or photo, favourites, theme, dedication) and confirm your agreement to these terms.
Within 24 hours we email you a watermarked preview and a link to your personal order page.
If you wish, use one free revision round — tell us what to change.
If you love the book, pay on your order page by bank link or card.
After payment the clean (watermark-free) PDF becomes instantly downloadable on your order page.
3. Payment methods
Orders can be paid by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), as well as via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, PayPal and Revolut Pay (processed by Stripe), Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop Pank, Luminor, Citadele) or by bank transfer against an invoice. For bank transfer we issue an invoice and the order is fulfilled after the payment is received; the invoice payment term is 4 days. All payments are in euros (EUR).
Card and wallet payments (including PayPal and Revolut Pay) are processed by Stripe, and bank links by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside our website in the payment provider's secure environment — we never see or store your card or bank details.
HSelixirs OÜ is the controller of personal data; HSelixirs OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processors Maksekeskus AS and Stripe.
4. Delivery
The e-book is digital (PDF), delivered electronically by email and via your personal order page, worldwide.
The printed book is delivered to a parcel locker in Estonia (Omniva/SmartPost/DPD), typically within 7–14 days of payment, at most 21 days.
Standard delivery time: watermarked preview within 24 hours of ordering; the clean file immediately after payment.
The personalised hardcover book is sent to print 24 hours after the payment is received. During this time the customer can still request free changes to the book.
Maximum delivery time: 72 hours from ordering. If we fail to deliver within this time, you may cancel the order and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
5. Right of withdrawal
The product is custom-made personalised content. Under § 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of the digital content has begun with your consent. Paid amounts are not refunded.
Your protection works differently: you always see the complete watermarked book before paying and can use one free revision round. You pay only when you are happy with the result — you never buy blind.
If we fail to deliver within the maximum delivery time (section 4), any amount paid is refunded in full.
6. Revision round
Every order includes one revision round: review the preview and tell us what to change (text, individual images). A corrected preview will be sent to you.
7. Complaints and disputes
For any questions or complaints write to info@hselixirs.com or call +372 5805 2734 — we reply within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, consumers may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
8. Privacy
Cookies and tracking: we use cookies and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to measure ad performance, show relevant ads and improve our service. The Pixel collects data about your visits, page views and purchases and shares it with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. The legal basis is your consent or our legitimate interest in marketing. You can opt out via your browser's cookie settings and Meta's ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences) or youradchoices.eu. Data is never sold to third parties — it is used only for Minu Muinasjutt's own marketing.
Order data (child's first name, age, appearance description, favourites, dedication, your email; for hardcover printed book orders also the recipient's full name, postal address, postal code, county and phone number for shipping) is used solely to create and deliver the book. The data and book files are automatically and permanently deleted from the server no later than 14 days after payment; only an anonymised sales record is kept (accounting obligation). Please download your files within 14 days.
Only the child's first name: we never ask for the child's surname, personal ID code or other personal data. (For printed book delivery we ask for the recipient's full name, address and phone — see above.)
Child's photo (optional): helps create a similar-looking character. The photo is transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and our AI (a vision model) looks at it once to put the appearance into words (hair, eyes, features) — we use that text to create the illustration. The photo itself is never sent to the image generator, is never used to train AI, and is never shared with third parties, and it is automatically deleted from the server no later than 24 hours after being described.
Payment data: HSelixirs OÜ is the controller of personal data; HSelixirs OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processors Stripe (cards and wallets, including PayPal and Revolut Pay) and Maksekeskus AS (bank links). We only see whether the payment succeeded.
Invoices: Invoices issued for bank-transfer payments and the related data (name, email, amount) are kept for 7 years under accounting law.
Emails: order confirmations, preview links and notifications are sent to your email via Google Workspace (info@hselixirs.com) — Google acts as our authorised processor for email delivery.
Books and orders are never used for advertising or as samples without your explicit permission.
